    A dc-dc buck converter has the following parameters: f= 20kHz, ton= 20μs, L=400μH, Vs=20V and R= 20Ω

    1. Calculate the average value of the output voltage and current
    2. Calculate the minimum value of the inductor necessary for the buck converter to operate properly
    3. For given value of L, calculate the value of the capacitance for ΔV of 37.5mV
    4. Calculate the the max and min values of the inductor current
Can you please help me with the above

The Homework Help section asks that you post up the work you have done so far, so we can see it and find where you went wrong, or suggest better approaches. We will not do all your work for you.

If you are in doubt about how to structure your post and what to include please read this thread: http://forum.allaboutcircuits.com/showthread.php?t=3002

    Thank you.
