I m designing boost convreter but i have two queries , I would b xremely thankful if some could tell me
1. how to design switching circuit of converter is any fine Ic available.
2.Second how to increase o/p voltage 600v.

Take a look at this page from MAXIM :

There are circuits upto 120 Volts over there.
A voltage multiplier will bring it up to the required 600 Volts.
