    Hello,

    For - 5 to +5 conversion to 0 to 3 : Add 5 Volts (0 - 10 Volts) multiply by 0.33333333 => 0 - 3 Volts.

    Greetings,

    A practical answer depends on source and load resistances, and what power supplies you have available. Your best bet is to tell us what you are really trying to do (the big picture). Tell us where the signal is coming from, and where it is going.
