Circuit2 is extremely inefficient, as well as having no method of regulating the output voltage. At best, it might provide enough current to light a bulb for a small amount of time before the battery was sucked flat.
There is no "free lunch" in electronics.
A special transistor? One that might generate it's own output power, perhaps? We don't explore those kinds of things here; we try very hard to stay within reality.
The approach has been tried before, but results have generally been negative.
