Had an incredibly productive time at the Dayton Hamfest this year. Estimates were there were 20,000 attendees, up about 6000 from last year. Hopefully this means the economy is improving a bit.

Got to schmooze a lot and talk about my new electronics company, AlasKit.....took a lot of pre-orders for our eXOgon receiving antenna.

I'll be working with the W5YI group developing a new line of amateur and commercial license training materials....so I'll be busy for a long time! Good kind of busy. :)

I used to make the annual pilgrimage to the Dayton Hamfest. Kinda missed it. Tell us some more. Any photos? I guess finding accommodation and parking is always big problem.

Parking is no problem at the lot on the west side of Besore Rd. The are places with rooms to burn on Miller Lane. It is true that in years past you had to make reservations a year in advance, but that is not the case anymore.
