I am trying to find a datasheet for a component made by IR, but I have looked on there site, and done a number of google searchs without any luck.

Here is what is on the component in question.

G2233HEX
IR
6U6V 9622

My guess is it is a Power Mosfet, and looks to be a TO-247 package.

I sent an e-mail to IR (International Rectifier) regarding this part.

Here is the reply I got from them.

Please note that this part number in question is not a standard IR part number. This is actually a custom part which was manufactured for an OEM. Please contact the manufacturer of the equipment being repaired for more information on this part or for a recommended replacement.
