I'm trying to make a circuit to communicate two devices(microcontroller) using AC line to transmit and receive data...
I want to know if somebody knows somewhere that have some information about it. because I've seen a lot of topics about Radio data transmission, and i don't know if can i use the same idea to transmit data in a powered line

Pretty much anything can be transmitted on a power line - http://www.powerlinecommunications.net/whatispowerline.htm

However, your utility company may be there first - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Power_line_communication

You would be better off using purpose built tranceivers, but checking to see who and what is already making use of the lines is a good idea.
