cut off frequency

HI,

When i simulated a LPF on PSPice i got cut off frequency of ~4Hz (at 70% of Vout) but theoritically it is coming out to be 18Hz. Can you tell me why there is so much difference in these values?

Somehow I think this ended up in wrong forum. No big deal. But you have to post some schematics in order to for us to help you. We have no idea what you are talking about
