Hi All, I'm trying to understand a small problem in the current response of a pulsewidth modulated DC motor with a load. The load is a doser(a flap which closes and opens with respect to the PWM signals driven motor). The current response almost looks like a charging and discharging of a capacitor (When the doser opens current is drawn, when it closes current drops).

However in the rising response of the current, there is a small glitch in the current (meaning it is not smooth at one point and the current drops a little and goes back up again). I'm trying to understand what might cause that glitch, can anybody help me?

    Thank You.

Do you have any graphs that show that and the circuit?
