Is this a current amplifier. And whether this will give 500mA output. In this circuit where is the output is taken.
Suggest me some simple circuits of current amplifier which will give minimum of 500mA of output and using frequency of 200kHz as input.

 

It's a current amplifier, but the resistances are all wrong. That TIP41A can do 6000ma but not with a 1K emitter resistor.

We really need more information to come up with something appropriate. Tell us more.

 

The "load" is the 1K resistor (too high, as noted). R3 is just a way to run the battery down really fast.

 

R3 is directly across the power supply, drawing a constant 5 Amps regardless of the input signal.
