CPU exchange and Flash player compatibility

Hi guys; toshiba AMD C50 1GHZ Processor c655D-S5202 with win7
I'm trying to download Flash Player to Stream from ESPN3 it sends to adobe site to download Flash player 15 but it wont download for what i understand need higher CPU processor and i try to download a older version but it always send me to the flash version 15,
how can i get a version of flash that can run on ESPN3.
Also i have Google chrome browser it runs but i can't open full screen.

Also i have here in my scrap a toshiba L355D-S 7901 with AMD Turion X2 dual Core 2.3ghz cpu
my question can i swap the cpu from the AMD Turion x2 2.3ghz to the AMD C-50 1.0ghz cpu?

You're right. Your processor is too slow. "2.33GHz or faster x86-compatible processor, or Intel® Atom™ 1.6GHz or faster processor for netbooks" (per http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/tech-specs.html).

I doubt that the processors can be swapped. Another member may have a more definitive answer.

thanks guys for your info.well this laptop has a broken Display and i'm just gonna use it for Slingmedia, i have an HD Sling box connected to my Sat receiver to watch tv remotely,it only works with win 7, it works good with sling media. I only run Linux on all my other Computers, I disconnected the internal display cable and use an external tv monitor, so this is a great plus, i will not spend a red cent on this ,not worth it,
