what is the differenca between CPLD AND PIC AND FPGA ,SO WHAT IS THE JOB ONE CAN DO THE OTHER CAN NOT DO
AND THERE ARE TUTORIALS(VIDEO TUTORIAL) FOR CPLD AND FPGA(FOR BEGINNERS),I KNOW THERE IS SOME ON YOUTUBE BUT IF ONE KNOW COMPLETE COURSE

You are asking a very broad question here. Can you narrow it down some. I you want to start to start with FPGA. You need development software, programmer and also FPGA circuits. FPGA chips most often comes in not very hobbyist friendly packing. Small dimensions and a lot of pins. Most vendors do have free software. The software is limited compared to the commercial versions. But may work just fine for the hobbyist. In some cases a programmer can also be made quite simple. And the FPGA makers also quite often sell cheap demo kits
Then it comes to PICs things are quite often more easy. For the hobbyist. But for both PIC and FPGA development nothing comes for free. What is you budget?
