Hello! I was wondering if any knows where....

1) Where I can buy MAX CPLD 7128SLC84-10
2) A suitable USB Programmer for it?
3) Free software that I can use to program it using VHDL?

Thank you!

I suppose it would be free if I bought it for you.

The parts should be available at Digi-Key or Mouser.
They may also have the programmer
I thought Quartus II was still a free download. Am I misinformed?

I think you can make your own byteblaster cable from here http://www.ee.mut.ac.th/datasheet/doc/dsByte.pdf
Newer link http://www.altera.com/literature/ug/ug_bbii.pdf
Sprakfun link http://www.sparkfun.com/search/results?term=byteblaster&what=products
The Quartus II Web Edition is free for download. But the size is very big about 3 GB

Here is an intro http://www.pyroelectro.com/tutorials/cpld_board/index.html
Just so you know it. The Byteblaster cable require a real parallel port. USB variants may (will) not work. As they mess up the timing. If you have desk-top computer you can purchase a parallel port for PCI buss quite cheap.
