I'm looking for a 60 minute timer circuit with a 4 digit readout (2 for Minutes and 2 for Seconds) with relay output. Timer defaults to 60 minutes on power on non adjustable externally

The timer needs a Start switch, a Off switch(Stops the count and turns off) and a Reset switch that will reset the time to 60 minutes at any point in the count down.

The output of the circuit needs to control a relay; the relay is controlling a 10 - 15 amp lighting load.

Timer starts lights come on, Light stays on for 60 minutes unless the off switch is pressed. If the reset switch is pressed the lights stay on without flickering. Lights go off anytime the off switch is pressed.

I was thinking of using a LN5654 for the readout but don't have a clue how to select a controller chip for what I need.
    Thanks for any help!!
