So im using a 74193 to count 0-9 or 9-0, so far i can only count up since im just using one push button so my question is.... can i use a switch to somehow count up and down using the same push button?
and is there a website for making and simulating the circuit?
i tried looking for one but i cant find one where ic's are available to use
if not is there a free program available for download?

um just some questions, what is the resistor and capacitor for? and how can i explain to my teacher why i use them? and how do i justify why i used these certain values?
BTW with the values u used in the post u showed me can use it in a 5V power supply with 74ls193, BCD to 7 segment(forgot the number of ic) and a common anode 7 segment?
