a RESETTABLE FUSE ??

 

Correct on the crystal.

Not sure about the other component. What makes you think resettable fuse? Do you have a circuit schematic? Or a wider angle picture to perhaps infer its function based on the components around it?

I don't have schematic, but I took a new picture.

I think it is a fuse, because time ago I watched some resettable fuse with same package, but I'm not sure at all.

3005 component is connected to S3M Diode and connected to ")X014 M X" component.
