Now My motor can reverse rotation by using DPDT center off switch.

Could I use D flip flop(and push button) to change rotation of universal motor instead of DPDT switch?

But I don't know how to use AC 220V 50Hz to with D flip flop ..

Please tell me.

very few silicon devices can handle mains level AC voltage.

Large diodes, triacs, SCR's are about the only ones.

You can use the flip flop to drive relays, but 99%+ of IC devices must operate in DC environment and under 30 volts.
