Here i have attached simple circuit that convert manual and auto mode change over . when it operating manual mode , how diode has to be connected inorder to avoid spark. let me know changes made in below circuit.
Here i am using spdt and DPDT switches.

Also let me know circuit diagram for motor driver with back emf protection using DPDT relays controlled by MCU.

 

Place reverse connected diodes across the relay coils, In4002/3/5/7/ etc.
If the motor reverses, place an R/C snubber across the motor.
