i bought a 15amps converter and connected to a 70amps 3sm battery; what makes the 2pcs 6amps diodes explodes?thanks...

 

I probably won't be the one who can answer your question, but I'll get you one step closer to getting help...

Please provide a schematic, wiring diagram, or even a simple sketch of what you're describing, as well as part/model numbers (datasheets would be even better) for the relevant parts.

It's hard for anyone to help if they can't see what you're working on.

 

If the converter draws and average current of 15 amps and that current goes through the 6 amp diodes (per @ebowulf17 's post, a diagram would be very nice right now) there would be too much current flowing through the diodes.

 

Are you sure the battery polarity connection to the converter was correct?
