Convert signal 0-10V to 4-20mA

an ic? that's just way too complicated.

the right approach depends on the requirement. it can be done with a lowly transistor, or a regulator, or an opamp + a transistor, etc.

Use an op amp voltage to current converter, perhaps with a boots transistor. Google should find a lot of circuits.
Thanks for sugestion, I tried google before post on this forum but didn"t find any solution, maybe wrong question. ...I have input modul of PLC(Moeller)4-20mA for weighing visualisation, new visualisator SA-01 have output o-10V. can you help me??
