i need your help in a circuit tat convert the decimal input from 3*3 key pad to decimal value

for example if i press seven
it gives 0111 of course on leds

What binary values does it give for digits from 0 to 9?

Do you want to display digits 0-9 on a seven segment display?

 

You can use a 10-line to 4-line decoder like 54LS148.
