So what is this? Think we need more info here. It look like you use a sound card some DTMF app, and a PIC.

Please do not post mystery Youtube links. It's rude, because it forces people to go to youtube and load all their invasive tracking cookies and slow videos/ads etc, just to see what you are talking about.

If you really need to post a youtube link, then please provide lots of information in your post so people know exactly what it is, and can then decide if they want to take the time to go to youtube and see the video.
