I have 2 zones of speakers that I like to isolate from one another. I turn both of them on for a party and then I switch to zone 1 when it is just me. Would you guys advise that I get an amplifier with "2 zone" capability, or simply string all of the speakers together to create this second zone? I don't drive the speakers that loud.

 

If you don't care to get the maximum output power from the amplifier you can use a switch to connect/disconnect the second zone speakers.
