Connect 3 different elements to solar powered battery
I wish to connect 3 different elements to solar powered battery.

Battery: 5 V
Element 1: 5 V
Element 2: 4,5 V
Element 3: 3 V

Do I have to connect 2 DC/DC elements like on this scheme:

Or is there a better way to connect this?

 

I can't see the circuit.
You have to consider the current of the solar powered battery first.
Battery current must > Element 1 current + Element 2 current + Element 3 current
If the current of battery is enough to offering three Elements, and the Elements doesn't need much current then you may use the easy way as diodes to connect to three Elements.

5V Battery → Element 1: 5 V
5V Battery → 1N5818 → Element 2: 4,5 V
5V Battery → 1N4001 Diodes x 3 → Element 3: 3 V
