Hello users. I am having a problem with my computer UPS. Its a Supercomp UPS. First it is not getting cahrged from its own charging circuit. And even if I charge it from external charger, it holds the charge only for 2 hours and after 2 hours gives a backup of only 2 minutes. The battery is a new Exide battery. Please help........
