looking for info on the pictured smd d22 and d23 there both the same I need to source some in the uk not having much look on finding a small quantity supplier would only need 3 or 4 at a time max 10

They have upgraded to these from some smaller ones that keep burning out want to try repair an older one. Any info would be good.

 

Smd tantalum capacitors 105 = 1000000pF = 1μF.
And some diodes form Vishay (I hope so)
