It is a .33uf 400v capacitor,replace with same type and voltage(or higher) as long as it can be fitted and soldered to the pcb in the space provided

Thank you very much for that very quick reply , when you say , " replace with same type " , what type is it ie , Film , Polyester etc .

Since it blew its guts out, it must be under substantial stress.
It is probably polyester film, but I recommend that you replace it with polypropylene film for added robustness.

Also, mind the tolerance. As the letter "J" indicates, this is a +/-5% tolerance capacitor. The tolerance of the replacement should be equal or smaller. As jimkeith suggested, you are better of replacing it with a polypropylene film capacitor (marked MKP - The polyester types are marked MKT instead).
