The 2N7000 is a low power logic level N-channel MOSFET in a small case.

I'm looking for a P-Channel MOSFET with similar specs, commonly available (and as is the 2N7000, cheap).

Any recommendations?

Complement is not a good word in this case (that is for BJT parts), but it comes close enough.

Take a look at the BS250.

I use it and the BS170 as complements. It seems that no P-channel is as cheap as its N-channel counterpart.

BS250 could be better.
