    hey what is coefficent coupling and their orders

    As any married person can tell you, there is no such thing as a perfect coupling. :D

    The power coming out of the coupling will always be less than the power going into the coupling.

    The coupling coefficient (expressed as "k" in most formulae) is the ratio of power across the coupling device. It is expressed in dB.
