Hi...........i have a cmos circuit......and i need to know its " logic element clock freequency" . Can somebody eloborate this term for me. I am supposed to use time domain PSPICE analysis and then find logic element clock freequency.

My guess would be that they are talking about the highest clock frequency at which the circuit functions within spec.
