Hey, I'm trying to fix a LCD TV and I believe that the cm0765R power switch is the problem! But, I dont seem to be able to get hold of one? I Dont suppose anyone knows where I can get one from?

Hmmmmm, So I guess just try and match that chip data with one as similar as possable?

The only other way is to troll through all the small catalogs to see is any of them (Jameco, for instance) still carry one or two.
Not that the IC is not still available, but one of the mega warehouse operators has it. As long as you are willing to buy at least $500 worth (and not all that many chips for the price), you can get a lifetime supply.
A pin-for-pin functional swap is probably the way to go.
