    Hi All ,
I am Omar from Egypt (aviation engineering)
Can someone please help me with Clipping circuit ,note that i have already read that page and i understand it but i need explanation
check my Page with the problem (specially the part i wrote i need explanation)
Or some one can analyze that circuit in this page and send me the analysis

If both diodes do not conduct then the circuit is left with Vi and the resistor, thus Vo=Vi.

Maybe by V2<Vi it means that Vi is more posidtive than V2 and thus D2 is reversed biased.

The input signal (Vi peak-peak) needs to be higher than the clipping level (V1+V2 peak-peak) for any clipping to have an effect.
