clearing a cascaded counter

hello, i cascaded two 4017 counters to build a light chaser but i need help in order to know how to clear the counter. Anytime i put on the counter it starts counting from the LED where i switched off. i will like to know how to clear the counter, so that when i put it on it starts counting from the 1st(FIRST) LED. Thanks
