I want a circuit to run a 3v DC motor in one direction and delay for 1 seconds and run in other direction. Do you have any suggestion to ferform this job?

If you look around there are lots of examples of this being done. You need a simple H bridge for dual direction. Do a search for H Bridge on this site.
