AFAIK the PICAXE uses a chip from Microchip, which CodeVision does not support. You need to be more specific about your requirements for I/O pins. I would start by looking an the ATtiny series of parts.I look for avr IC with few I/O pin and has interrupt pin , I found PICAXE-14M but I use codevision to program IC and I didn't found it library for codevision,has it library??
