Charging 3 lithium 3.7 volts of charging boards???

hey guys sorry for the silly questions
I have 3 lithium 3.7v batteries in series = 12v
how do I connect 3 charging boards in parrell so all 3 batteries are charging at same time, while still in my 12v seies circuit. output of board is 4.2v till full charge.
