Hi,
Can anyone refer me to the best C programing notes/information handbook out there. I'm talking about something that has notes (not to in-depth, but short and to the point) on every C programing function and command that there is.

In addition to Kernighan & Ritchie, which Papabravo mentioned, one I find helpful is The Waite Group's Essential Guide to ANSI C, published by Howard W Sams & Co.

One that I used to have that I thought was very good was C: A Reference Manual, by Harbison and Steele. It's currently in its 5th edition, and goes for $30+ on Amazon, but you can get the 4th edition for about $5 on abebooks.com.
