chain of comparators for a non inverting amplifier

I have designed a non inverting amplifier which has a gain of 25.6dB and now I need to make a chain of comparators LM339 and Leds as outputs to show the level of the output since I have around a maximum of 3V. Now the comparators works for themselves, when I give them a dc input (this circuit was built also on breadboard using a potentiometer and it worked), but when I need to conjugate it with the non inverting amplifier, it doesn't seem to work and it makes a bit of sense since the output I have is that of an ac wave, and even if I lower the frequency this is not solved, is there a way with which I can show the peak outputted to the comparators please as I can't seem to find a way out of this one. Thanks in advance,
Regards

I am trying to make a full rectification to the output and filter it with capacitors but doesn't seem to work
