I am currently working on a cd4510 counter digital clock. The circuit was working fine this morning(displaying bcd numbers from 0-9)but then it started to display numbers 3,2,5,4,7,6,9,8,1,0 pattern on and on. all the preset pin and other unused pins are all properly pulled down and up and it seems they are no other problems i can see.please help and thanks in advance.
