Just buy and install a flipper rebuild kit. The flippers stick when the coil stop and solenoid rod become worn (peened) and flare into interference with the coil sleeve. The plastic link on the crank arm will also probably be damaged from being pulled too far into the coil as the stop and rod wear. Lastly, the EOS (end of stroke) switch may now be damaged by the crank arm end catching on the end of the switch leaves (also a cause of a sticking flipper).
