i am a new member. i have to design a new circuit to drive the car headlight, but the car headlight i will replace it by LED, can anyone give me the suggestion about the circuit, or provide the circuit diagram for me refer???

You might end up with an unsafe situation.
If you want to have them changed, go to an autorized dealer.
