    Hello,

How do I figure out what value in uF my bridge capacitors should be for a 6 pulse converter. The application is an AC inverter drive.

Is there a formula other than v=Vf-e(-t/RC).

    Thanks

The values will depend on the charging frequency and the current draw. As the charging frequency gets higher, the capacitors can get smaller. As current draw gets larger, the capacitors have to get larger. They must maintain some minimum level of charge in order to maintain some desired voltage between charging cycles.
