I have 4 capacitors each 1000uf with 25v

can I put them in series or parallel so that I can have 100v?

I want to make a 1000uf and 100v if possible..

Four 1000uF is series would be effectively 250uF

 

No. It would be simpler to go and source the single capacitor you need.
