Hi,

I have a capacitor the has 22uM 63V on it.
I know uF means microfarad but not sure what uM is ?

Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on this.
Hope you can help.

Thanks

I'm not famiialr with the designation uM. If you can take a picture of the cap with the text clearly visible, it would go a long way toward assisting us with determining an answer.

Ahhh, any possibility that it's actually an inductor, and it actually reads 22uH ?
Certainly that is one explanation. I am hoping the OP has a digital camera and will post a picture of the device with the nomenclature clearly visible. This will go a long way toward clearing up the mystery.
