    Canada has a British heritage. I sang God Save the Queen (of England) in school long ago.

    A "bum" is a poor homeless unemployed uneducated poorly dressed usually drunk person who is barely human. Like an animal.
    A "bum" is also the behind part of the persons shown.

    Ahh.. So you see four bums (hineys). Not four drunk homeless people. :)

    Its just that Canada is so far away from the US that we have those dang language and culture barriers. ;)
