Can you suggest or share a circuit to make the trimm to zero on the 40mv and amplified for the 2v to 5v conversion?....thnaks in advance for the hints

 

I think you should talk some more about what you trying to do, what are the input/output, voltage and current?

 

A question like this usually needs an encabulator.

General Electric makes a really good Turbo-Encabulator.

 

I'd suggest 100 k, or even 250k if it's a JFET type.

 

I know the shape of it, but without any quantities I don't know whether to use an eyedropper or a gas tank.

To be clear, I was talking about the Retro-Encabulator, which usually is a lower impedance device with a 6L6 output stage.
