Whats "wake-up" wire???

 

The control always a 12 battery feed then there is a 12 volt Wake up wire connected that I will connect to an iginition circuit. Here is the wiring diargram for the harness. It's the module labeled Module-Selective Catalytc Reduction this diagram only show the input connector

 

So when the truck is on.. the pump is on.. Thats it?

 

I though the $2500 price was quite reasonable, until I found out that all that is needed is a relay.

Maybe.. Its like pulling teeth from this one.
So now my quote is at $5000.. because its gonna take 40+ hours just to nail down the requirements.

 

mcgyver I am not trying to be difficult but pretty much yes. The pump is a brushless DC motor so it needs to be 3 phase. So no a simple relay will not work. I don't know how to make the gate open and close when they are suppose to. Like i said the heater function would also be nice but not required. If i need to call you on the phone to explain this better i will.
