Can one transistor be used for multiple outputs?

Question making a little project. Was wondering. I'm using 4 pins from an attiny85 as outputs. I'll need to beef the output up a bit. So instead of wiring a transistor to each pin, could I just use two transistors and have two pins share one each. Would my leds have to be of the same forward voltage? Thanks for reading.

Major lack of information here. Can you OR the pins in software? Do you really want to AND them? Does an attiny go to high impedance when its output pin is low?

Better question gets better answer.
