For example, I have two wires. (one is the hard to break and the one is flexible) i really dont know the name of those wires. can i connect them each other?

I think you are talking about single core wire and multi-core "flex" wire?

If so you can connect the wires, like any wires but be careful if the wires will be installed somewhere they might bend. Single core wire is not meant to be bent.

 

I assume you mean solid vs stranded wires.
Yes you can connect them.
and yes you can connect wires from different manufacturers
