i am a beginner.tell me also instruments needed if possible
this item is laptop pcb on off switch
can you able to appreciate the disjoint.last two pins from left to right
how to join this

To join or remove? because it looks joined right now.
desoldering braid.
To join the whole thing? Solder the lot hoping for the best, and clean up the slop with desolder braid.

But if you practice on some junk first it will make more sense.

The "pros" if hand soldering will "drag solder" it with a cupped solder tip or just solder 1 at a time applying heat to the traces and cable tip.
Probably "reflowed" in a production environment though.

A hot air gun/solder paste will get the job done too

If the traces are broken, scrap some isolation off from the cable and connect the freecomming traces with an aditional thin wire to where they belong.

I think he wants to connect two more wires to the last two "disjointed" (disconnected) pins.

So he can use the extra two wires in the cable, maybe to power a LED or something?

You can solder fine hookup wire to those two pins, using a fine pointed soldering iron. :)
